Earth's Dreams started in a small kitchen with a familiar problem: plastic cutting boards that stained, warped, and quietly shed microplastics into every meal. We wanted something better — for our food, our families, and the planet.

So we partnered with craftspeople and material scientists to design a cutting board made from sustainably sourced wood fiber pressed into a dense, non-porous composite. The result is heavier than bamboo, gentler on knives than hardwood, and tough enough to throw in the dishwasher — every single day.
